predominantly a single parent. I am a visual artist, I still paint but I refuse to be defined as "a painter". I am currently studying for an M.A. in Curatorial Practice at Sunderland University.
About my artwork
Overlap between the frivolous/ absurd/ playful with the serious scientific / philosophical questions in life. Deconstruction. Extinction of binary oppositions. Screenprinting. Painting. Marbling. Filming. Cutting. Nintendo monkeys, old technology, tapes, woodgrain & log cabins. Picnic tables a lot these days. Painting.

Hi glad to hear that you are well and it sounds like very busy! The Fishmarket is going well and Hugh Mendes looks stunning. I am still waiting to hear about that collaboration and have submitted Illogical Judgements for a show that is being organised for Avenue Gallery, so fingers crossed!
Thanks. I have to be honest, the Bowes Museum hadn't appeared on my cultural radar until now, but it looks like exactly the kind of place I'd enjoy visiting. I found some pictures on flickr and the exhibition spaces look incredible. It's now firmly on my to do list for the next time I find myself in that part of the world. Ta!
