- Good news: Visual Container is born!! VisualContainer is a non-profit association, aiming to fill the gaps at long last of a qualified video-art and new-media distributor in the current Italian Art outline.
This newly born Association means to achieve the status of an either national and international collection, study, promotion and distribution centre of works created by artists at any stage of their career.

Our project originates thanks to the effort and commitment of the Art critic Giorgio Fedeli and the Video Artist Alessandra Arno’, both operating in the Milan area, with the aim to allow young emerging Italian Artists achieve visibility both in Italy and Abroad and to supply further promotion and diffusion of works by Italian or foreigner operators already active in the current Contemporary Art outline.
At VisualContainer we address therefore to the Artists who use the video as mean of expression and invite to submit their works which once assessed and if selected will be placed in an archive, supplied with critical essays and partly visible online.
Visual Container is nowadays the sole and only Italian company specialized in the promotion, distribution and sale of video-art works.
Shortly any web surfer, simply passionate about video-art or an Art professional operator will be able to enjoy browsing the “Artists” section, enriched with videos and critical presentation regarding each and any video-art work shown together with the up-to-dated online archive of the complete videography of all the artist.
VisualContainer likewise intend to put to good use the potential within the establishment of a cultural information and exchange network cultivating contacts with similar international foundations and institutions or Videoart and new media art archive centres acting as a Distributor.
Furthermore arousing foreigner Art operators’ interest in the Italian Videoart production is part of our commitments.

- As already explained, this is a non-profit Association pursuing the following aims:
¸ Distributing videoart works both on a national and international level;
¸ Promoting all Artists included in the archive through events and videoart exhibitions;
¸ Supplying specific informative material about either Italian and foreign videoart through publications, conferences and discussions;
¸ Creating an active and lively network fostering exchanges between Italy and foreign Countries;
¸ Creating an online archive of video works partly or entirely accessible to all members.
