man I'm really sorry for the delay. You are one of the main people I wanted to get back to as I had been working recently on four miniatures paintings based on quantum physics. The idea was to play with the symbols of the H constant and the C constant in an abstract backdrop. Thus raise the question of what are size and speed, the significance etc.....
I'm pretty sure there are two pieces in my gallery called Study Of H Constant - check it out. I'm thinking of pushing a couple more things in that direction, blurring shapes with physics symbols but always based on a relevant theme (relevant to now). Luke :)
i recently completed two simple format paint and charcoal works on canvass that directly play with the h constant. this came after reading about 200 pages of literature on quantum physics. I like the idea to multiply h and c (or the idea of size and speed respectively) in a odd formation then divide it by odd fractions (like 1/23 which has an implication of the human chromosome. i built up the content in the piece by connecting the symbols to geometric shapes in charcoal which merge into paint.... they are not my best works. but maybe will open some discussions on 'are math and physics symbols really just figures themselves waiting to be painted'.
