Hello Jia,
Yes, I had thought that might be the case.
All the same, many Chinese students are in art-schools across the world - I teach some - so I think dialogue between artists and arts communities will develop.
There are exciting possibilities for future artistic communication and exchange, which I would hope would generate interest in art from outside of China in the Chinese people, just as Chinese art has been well received across the globe, don't you think?
hi Mik, in my opinion, non Chinese art is still not be received well enough in China now but u know, people are starting to learn and the market there is really hopeful.
