ABOUT ME
Katia Muñoz es una artista peruana, egresó de la Facultad de arte de la Pontificia Universidad Catolica del Perú con la especialidad en Pintura. Ha expuesto su obra en Pintura , Grabado y Fotografia desde 1995 en diversas ciudades del Perú y en Holanda una serie de Ilustraciones hechas para el libro Duizen* de Suzanne Heering.
En 2004 creó y fundó Kurmyskay*Arte y Diseño especializado en lineas de Decoración y arte Utilitario trabajando para diversas tiendas del rubro, trabajando como diseñadora para Shehadi Mirrors NYC. entró en contacto con el vidrio pintado con una tecnica antigua, aplicandola luego para una nueva linea decorativa en muebles modernos siendo finalista con este proyecto en el 2006 del Concurso de Innovación Artesanal en Lima, Perú. Reside desde 2006 en Barcelona , en el 2007 inició el curso de Escultura y Decoración en vidrio en la Fundació Centre del Vidre de Barcelona donde esta continuando su encuentro con el vidrio y profundizando sus conocimientos para seguir expresandose.
Ha ganado varios certámenes alo largo de su carrera en cada una de sus facetas como artista.

¡Bienvenida al grupo, que como dices bien tú es un oasis, en esta Babel.
Veo que vives en Barcelona, te comento algo, el grupo desde su inicio pensó en exponer, tenemos un dossier, no están todos los del grupo, pero en definitica es algo representatívo, si conoces de algún sitio, adonde pueda diriguirme, te lo agradecería.
De momento le envié solicitud al Centre Civic de la Barceloneta y tengo varias direcciones de galerías, para buscar.
