Artists I like: John Gossage, Stephen Shore, Joan Fontcuberta, Peter Fraser, Joel Sternfeld, Thomas Struth, Kikki Smith, Paula Rego.....in fact pretty much anyone and everyone who offers a perspective on the world which is open to scrutiny.

Interests: My brother is a painter/fine artist, my father was a ceramicist and very good draughtsman. This more than anything has given me a good working insight to art and craft based issues. I have worked within community, educational, and gallery contexts (outlined on my web page info if interested. I have also taught photography and cultural studies for many years. Now concentrating on my own practice within a broad category of 'landscape'. Enjoy books, walking, travel, exhibitions, the ocean (from land) positive, honest people - most things others enjoy I guess.

Well...
I think/saw/feel...that these photos show us how strange could be the Usual or common life....make me wonder, are the houses sculptures?, where're the people?.
Are these sculptures/houses an estigm to an ancient race?.
Also, think you are not behind the camera, it would be like an automatic device which take a shot when all the life 's gone.Even you.

I really like your photographs they have a very nice sense about them. I myself am very interested in urban design, prefabricated houses and prefabricated patios. I did a longterm research project on the newly built edges of suburbia here in Reykjavík.
