- I am a medical doctor working in NHS, UK. I am also a part time artist, and enjoys painting to a full extent and feel very passionate about art. I exhibited my work few times in India as well as in UK.
- About my artwork
- My paintings are reflections of the images in my mind. Sometimes i dream what i want to paint which culminates into an art work eventually. I also sometimes use the photographs i have taken on my trips as refernces to my art wroks. I like to paint contemporary landscapes and figurative works, and i feel my strength lies in painting figuratives. I also like to do Photorealsitic paintings including in them interesting colour combinations and textures. I mainly prefer using acrylics and oils as my first choice and rest (Charcoal, pastels, Watercolours / gouache) as the second choices.

The 2009 IJC is open to all artists worldwide, age 18 and older. All works must be original. Entries in the following medias will be accepted: Painting, Drawing, Mixed media, Printmaking, Watercolor, Ceramics, Sculpture, and Photography.
Entry Deadline February 15th 2009.

A solo show next winter 2009 at Bluebird Art House and $1500 to the winner. 1 work in the show for each one of the 3 runner up.
