- About my artwork
- When I can laugh at my work and say 'holy smoke!', I know it is right. I want my pictures to balance on the border of tilting, they should almost not make it, but then they do. It is nerve-wracking.

- Henri Rousseau, Rubens, Magritte, Karen Kilimnik

- I am very intrested in laughing in general. I am very fascinated with words and sayings, sometimes it is doing my heading.

The 2009 IJC is open to all artists worldwide, age 18 and older. All works must be original. Entries in the following medias will be accepted: Painting, Drawing, Mixed media, Printmaking, Watercolor, Ceramics, Sculpture, and Photography.
Entry Deadline February 15th 2009.
