About my artwork
I lost my inspiration for so long, it's nice to start stretching my mind again. I paint primarily in acrylics, and try to do nothing more than make myself laugh.

Backin the Saddle

After months of being "offline" I am finally back. Part of what took me away was summer months in Chicago and needing to be outdoors (before the winter comes and I am stuck inside for months), and I went to Russia for 2 weeks - a most facinating place. I look forward to gettnig back to my art and the rest of the world.

"30 Years and Moving On" - that was what drew us there last Friday. On display was a…

1-22-08 Buddy Guy Show

I have been in Chicago for over a year now. I have been trying to be the best "Chicagoan" I can be by taking in all the must do's that Chicago has to offer.

I will admit that I am lax in a lot of things that I should be experiencing here in this fantastic city. There is just SO much to do here - and all of it is a must. Working just seems to get in the way of my experiencing this city in any sort of reasonable amount of time.

That said - I FINALLY went to see Buddy Guy play at B…

Having been part of my company's "Holiday Party Task Force" and throwing what was inevitably the BEST holiday party my company has experienced, our little group of funtastic people took ourselves out for dinner at the Russian Tea Time restaurant in Chicago.
