About my artwork: Complex human subjectivity towards what the body is, has evolved from multi causal, non-linear ways of thinking in science and art. I am interested in how subjective perceptions of the body have changed through the use of technology. I use digital scans of my own body in making sculptural/ sound constructions. These represent what I imagine a post human body may become in the future.

Open to all artists in all fine arts media we seek to recognize outstanding quality and diversity in the arts.

The 2009 IJC is open to all artists worldwide, age 18 and older. All works must be original. Entries in the following medias will be accepted: Painting, Drawing, Mixed media, Printmaking, Watercolor, Ceramics, Sculpture, and Photography.
