I am...
A Boston-based artist using photographic imagery and materials as my primary media, my work explores the extension of fable to discover contemporary cultural conditions. I am specifically considering the way beliefs manifest in the lifeworld.
About my artwork
Much of my work explores the ideas of "street theology." What objects and images trigger thought, sentiment and connectedness and how do we come to understand myth and meaning in both a personal and a larger cultural and anthropological context? What does our "scape" (urban, suburban, rural, human and natural / land) say about the things we believe? What does my "scape" say about the things I believe? What is "yours," what is "mine," and what is "ours"?
The centre of the artworld is
London, my studio, online, nowhere and everywhere

Wow,#

your work is significantly impressive - dosnt seem like you're holding much back - bravo!!

Sad to say I have not heard the music you mentioned from the Andes. I'm a sucker for works by Bartok and by Ravel - the odd ball stuff by them - that's how I paint. Please stay in touch - there will be quite a few photos going up - left field no compromising. The piece called Bycicola is based on my timeliving in Boston. Dig it! L ::========)
