concerned with revealing that the social ideals we hold about beauty, self-identity and consciousness are mere simulcra. It is not that we are not good enough, but the signs we are holding up to each other are unattainable

About my artwork

The main thematic focus of my work deals with questions of identity and the way representation legislates and defines us all. I have an interest in how the found image evolves when translated into a reductive line drawing
