Sign freedom of expression petition: Make art drawing in a public legal.

I'm standing up here for many artists around the UK and rest of the world to legalize art drawing in public. Let their creativity bloom instead of being stopped and oppressed by propaganda and competition.
I know a story of a boy in Itally who used to draw so beautifully in market squares. People were buying his little drawings, and some fruits and pastry for him. They even made a lot of suggestions to the local art galleries to take the boy's talent into art business. But art galleries fearing financial cuts from local authorities objected local's suggestions.
And I know of other stories that need to be brought to legal spotlight.
Then if you are willing to help, sign in my petition here.
