The fokus of the first project eMOTION is the juxtaposition of various medial and formal approaches out of the field of associations motion & emotion.

From an abstract point of view, motion is the change of SOMETHING relativ to a system of reference.

Works, that emphasize the aspect of motion with regard to the space-time axis.

Motion is not perceptible without the factor of time and space. If you portray just a moment of a motion, you get a static impression of the acutal condition „IST Zustand“. Only by stringing together several moments, motion gets perceptible.

Works, that make you experience the emotional aspect of „being moved“. We´ll show 54 artistic works of all sorts - filmlets, installations, plastic & fine arts, performances, literature, music as well as scientific contributions, presentations, lectures or accompanying texts concerning the subject.
