That show at the beginning was really great, James Capper's machines alongside Rob Sherwood's paintings were sublime... Can't remember what it was called but it was at the HAnnah Barry Gallery in the summer.. Don't know who that weirdo guy with the laptop stand was though .. SE15 seems the place to be

The art scene in the south east is really blossoming. It can be scene in new organizations such as PLANTAIN, a collective of young artist who put on a range of cultural events to create a platform for emerging artists to show their work. Another great platform for artwork in the south east over the past year has been Friendly street gallery, a small artist run gallery in Deptford which used a group of artists accommodation which was cleverly used as an exhibition space headed by artists Mitchell Bridges and Lauren Godfrey.

Look out for many exciting projects in the South East!
