Abitare magazine editor runs for mayor of Milan

Stefano Boeri, the current editor-in-chief of Abitare, the Italian architecture quarterly and former editor of rival Domus, has announced he will stand as a left-of-centre independent candidate in Milan's mayoral elections. Boeri, who has programmed exhibitions at is likely to be courted by the Democratica party to form a coalition.
