Now Showing: Aurélien Froment 1st - 31st March 2010 This March tank.tv will be exhibiting a selection of nine videos made between 2001 and 2009 by the artist Aurélien Froment. Without reducing Froment’s work to ineffectual buzzwords it is safe to say that both process and situation both have central roles within his oeuvre. Working through the thematic prisms of play, theatre and architecture Froment allows himself to take a magpie approach to the specifics of art and culture as subject matte… Continue

January & February 2010 on www.tank.tv Laetitia Benat / Paul McCarthy /Tate Modern tank.tv is pleased to welcome in our 2010 programme with an exhibition of work by the French artist Laetitia Benat. Benat uses the simplest of video techniques to negotiate and toy with the way in which emotion and suspense are implied by images. Simple sounds, shots, sequences and subjects are used to examine the way in which the viewer is triggered into feeling. Allowing the viewer to extrapolate story and… Continue

Ben Callaway’s technique results in work that is as visually rich as it is intriguing. Narrative and image break down as the artist transfers and attacks the material of video in order to create uneasy structures and a complex juxtaposition of form and content. I would like to make people aware of White House Project in the first place. I would like them to respond to it, feel it and give feedback. And to sell it too...
Hopefully, you'll get some time to look into it. The project is connected to cities and countries, the next one is Spain. The current one was mostly European.
There are many interesting and exciting details to come along with new exhibitions. Enjoy.
Thanks.
