About my artwork
i am a 34 yr old living in a large city in south wales uk. the city never fails to keep me interested and concious. my art is a personal response to sights you would see in any city, and belongs to the cultural phenominom 'graffiti'.
27 is the best number! Yeah, it is a bit cold and icy to be going out and doing that stuff right now eh?!
The award winning one is the one with all the words.. 'Picture Worth a Thousand Words'.. you commented on it in facebook previously.. I got the award last year, though the piece is 11 years old now!
What does scrawl collective have to do with deities? I thought you were asking about academic practice in a faculty like theology or something. Suggested that as it was available in Cardiff. Sorry Elliott.

He can tell you everything about the wondrous stuff you can see in India. If you are into Greek Mythology already, you can really study the proto-indo-european art that began as aboriginal [for instance indo-hittite] and then got finer as temples. [Includes Greek]

which painting? Yours or mine?
It's a constant battle of juggling. At the moment, sculpture is foremost, so i'll do that as soon as i've finished an amount of boring chores, necessary for my head, or else i can't enjoy my work!
if time, i'll add some tones/colour to paintings, so at least they've moved on, then at least by 4.30ish i end up starting food. If any of my work is at a crucial stage, i try to do everything at once!! I'm used to working this way. the food on the table often shares the space with objects i'm working with, not ideal but the family are used to it. No space to sit in front of fire cos it's full of wet scuptures. I used to like the thought of living in london, but i love wales too much after 22 years, lived in Bath for a while before moving here.
London's the place to be for your art though, especially if free and single.
- I get my shoes from Brighton :) through the post, i've never been there, but it sounds a buzzing place to be. What degree will you do?

what was your project about?
will you carry on working over the holiday - is it all project work you do on your course or do you submit a 'learning plan' ie what you intend to do for the term?
I'm enjoying making my latest series of sculptures, but won't know if it gets into the post grad. exhibition until March.

thanks Myles! Good to see your drawings and street observational documents up here too! I am in Beirut now, doing a show.. it's been going well.. Yes, the world is one big crazy gallery! Hope you are well. :)
The paintings on the go are changing slowly...........i get glimmers of what happens next. They never are 'finished' but just keep going!
I've got a series of sculpture in progress and hoping to get them into a new gallery in March.
How's your work going?
