- the owner of a gallery in the hamptons and in the process of locating another in london.
I am working closely with an artist website www.b-uncut.com to develop programs for artists to exhibit, publish and sell their work.
b-Uncut is a social network for artists around the world to meet, talk and share. No holds barred - just art! After seeing the quality of the work and spending many hours getting to know the myriad artists in the collective I've been excited by their enthusiasm and the challenge of the serious artist to make a living from their art.
Further I am interested in examining and developing methods for the artist to have a more direct control over their market. I am interested in creating a more efficient means for art to find its way to the buyer.
To that end I have developed a publishing company to produce art books devoted to bringing the work of the young, emerging, ambitious, older, artists out into the world. The common denominator is talent. We are producing books for abstract photographers, established painters, sculptors. We work with conceptual artists, digital, painters, performance and video artists. Our first work has just been published and is a collective of the work of many of the members of b-uncut.com.
