Hey, Ambuja. Sorry it's taken me so long to reply to your request- Have you ever seen a swarm of bees, or a flock of birds flying so densely together, twisting this way and that, up and down and around, that they seem to be a single being? This is what I am reminded of by your drawings. In this light, I see each little line as a whole being among whole beings, collaborating; a union of selves expressed as one.

There is a common North American bird called the Red-Winged Black Bird, of which:
"There are a number of subspecies, some of doubtful status, but the 'Bicolored Blackbird' of California and central Mexico is distinctive. The male lacks the yellow wing patch of the nominate race, and the female is much darker than the female nominate. The taxonomy of this form is little understood ... " from Wikipedia

Your drawings, to me, resemble both the wing of this bird, and the sight of of many birds tightly grouped, flying in circles, as they sometimes do, around marshes, ponds, and trees.

Well wishes,
Marty

hi ambuja, I just got an email from dellani. he got your video, but he is isolated someplace where he doesn't have equipment or nice computer, so he couldn't watch it. he will start to work on it this Friday. I'm also very isolated, so my internet acess is limited.
cheers,
kika
