Sylvea Johnson, an artist working in Portsmouth, NH whose work explores the evolution and mutation of ideas in multidimensional maximalist mindscapes.
About my artwork
Inspired by combination, transformation, reinterpretation and mutation. The artwork is sort of like abstract asymmetrical mandalas. The morphing shapes and patterns reflect the transient and surprising events, objects and lifeforms in life as they blend together to create physical and philosophical conundrums.
Artists I like
Remedios Varo, Greer Lankton, Suzan Pitt, Antonio Gaudi, Assume Vivid Astro Focus, Wilson Tawaquaptewa, MC Escher, Michael Velliquette, Massaccesi, Laurie Anderson, Leigh Bowery,
I really like your artwork! So much flow and colour. I bet you thats how dreams really do look when theyre getting fired up in your brain. Do you consider spirituality a big part of your work?
Hi Sylvea, thanx for the add to friends list--you are making some very vibrant and cosmic work----" did your mother use LSD on your cornflakes" ---science is taking us to dimensions we can only guess at---best wishes on the journey. Daniel.
