- I think semantics is what ties most of my work together. Stylistically, I am purposely scattered, thinking that links and connections are to be made on another level. I see this as a challenge, as well as a motivator for pursuing the work that I do. I like to stand outside the obvious and investigate what isn't. At times, it is perceived as provocative.

- Jim Dine, Rauschenburg, Robert Frank, Atget, Manet, Gerhart Richter, and so many others, from time to time.

Art trek in London.
One of two is pretty good... checked out the Satchi Gallery and I was quite impressed with the quality and high standards of the current show. Without having read the catalogue, I went through what was an exaustive survey of the Lebanese art scene. All in all, it was everything it promised to be even though some works seemed too easy, or cheasy, whatever. Louise Gains said… - Hi Sylvian here is what I do to get pics to upload ..hope it helps...
I use photoshop to make my images --do you have that program? It is a wonderful tool/toy I love it!!!!
If not the the UPLOADED image needs to be a small size ------
I make my images in what ever size I wish .. and then transfer them to A4 at 300dpi ( if a different size to begin with)
Then I re-size them (a separate copy) at 500pix across and at 72 dpi and on a mac I SAVE for WEB.
Then I look for the little square icon in the tool bar at the top of the comment window ( it sometimes takes a while to show)
I click on that and a Browse window opens....you can then choose from your computer your file and click on that and then ADD.
that will put a jumble of code into the site's comment window....click on submit and the screen will blink and your image will appear!!!!!
