If you're an artist, what kind of art do you make?

About my artwork

In earlier works, I have painted directly onto the work body manipulating the surface. I now use a limited palette of acrylic paint on digitally fabricated, strictly to my taste, surfaces. Further, I now move my images from the abstract to the particular and vice versa, by this continuing play, I place visual effect above any interpretation or meaning, and in any case, I do not consider “interpretation” a priority of mine, no matter the consequences, as I am neither a critic or an art historian to provide and distribute suitable “to whom it might concern” interpretations.
One thing though must be made clear as to my personal and artistic convictions that run through all my oeuvres, a lite motif one might call it: Erosion of Time. Nostalgic remembrance of things passed, symbolic gestures, steps of mankind, its progress. It is there where we meet.
