Hello Roland, just enjoyed a visit to your website, great work thank you! As a self-taught and unknown artist (25 yrs) I have come to believe that the process is more valuable than the end product. As Alvaro commented earlier down the page Yes I have accumulated a lot of paintings run out of space and destroyed lots of paintings, I often find myself in need (though usually it's just a matter of more stuff). I am a selfish artist painting for myself first, each to our own, I'm not painting for profit or recognition but to satisfy my own (non-stuff) needs that keep me connected to the spirit of creation with the ability to experience awe when I see a bird or a flower etc. like I have never seen it before. I think it's important to practice our art however we choose and that all paths are valid, even when they seem bogus, because in the end I think we are all here learning pretty much the same lesson or lessons. Happy learning, Liz

My artwork project is realtively new for me.....just 7 years. I am still learning but I know that is essential to have other sources of income.

I work for 60 years as an artist, besides the search of things that occur in the art world over the years, I had the opportunity, obviously needed to understand better, I had to study in a school of arts and crafts and a College of philosophy, to understand various aspects of talent, the development of the senses and of course the improvement in sensitivity. In several areas that stirred inside me, then I discovered the meaning of talent in all its aspects.
As for working with art, the artist must be double the artist to make art and know how to put on the market, each work has a price on its creation and implementation is you than define and evaluate your own work. The worst critic and the artist himself, do the work for everyone. Not selfishly for yourself, if you accumulate works you will be in need!!!!

Congratulations and success I really enjoyed your symbolism (kill the dragon in yourself and will be free!!!)

Self-Education does not carry the stigma it once did. I view my ability as a gift. All the education in a lifetime won't matter, without talent, no matter what country you live in.

The Problem of Health Care

At last! A layman's guide to the Government's healthcare reforms, explaining them in terms so simple they might have been written by a complete idiot, and charting the development of health care from the good old days to the present and beyond - with hilarious results! In fabulous stickman-o-vision, with bits of colour.…See More
