About my artwork: I am inspired by old school tattoo flash, primative folk art, and farm scene landscapes.

Artists I like: Grandma Moses, Andy Warhol, Gary Baseman, Jackson Pollack, Pervis Young, Frida Kahlo.

Interests: Rock and Roll, tattooed boys, good cheese, Elvis Presley, surrealism.

Ripe Art Gallery is pleased to present “Too Dimensional”, a one-man show by Ray LaMantia, of Bayshore, NY. Ray paints in a hyper-realistic style, with tendencies towards surrealism. This show is the debut of some new works, as well as a return of some older works that haven’t been shown in a gallery setting in as much as fifteen years.
