If you're an artist, what kind of art do you make?
Conceptual, Digital, Photography
I am...
an artist working in Brussels Belgium.
About my artwork
Through video, reality and fiction, I investigate crime. Sometimes I work on urban environments, as crime scenes, sometimes on screens. I make no difference between reality and fiction, reality and screens. I gather evidence, follow traces and find clues. The photographs are inconclusive findings of possible crimes. The photographic case remains open, the mystery unsolved. What happened here? What will happen there? Reality will not tell us. Maybe the viewer will assume the role of a detective. And isn’t the photographer a criminal himself ? You don’t click, press or squeeze a picture, you shoot it. The black hole remains open.
Artists I like
Fritz Lang, Daido Moriyama, Jeff Wall, Gregory Crewdson, Veronica Lake.

The Problem of Health Care

At last! A layman's guide to the Government's healthcare reforms, explaining them in terms so simple they might have been written by a complete idiot, and charting the development of health care from the good old days to the present and beyond - with hilarious results! In fabulous stickman-o-vision, with bits of colour.…See More
