I am...
Art dealer and avant garde book dealer and gallerist. We send out monthly email lists to subscribers which contains items for sale which vary from unique works to ephemera. The material is usually mostly historic ie from at least 5 to 10 years ago back to 1900. We consider all documents and items produced during the process of art history as equally valid for collection and consideration so an invite card is as likely to be found on the list as a drawing. I am also personally a collector of art.
Artists I like
This could be a very long list - but in general surrealism, dada, Fluxus, conceptual art of the 60s and early 70s, Boltanski and his circle, early mail art from the 60s, early YBA material especially early Hirst, Ian Hamilton Finlay, Jan Bas Ader, International Situationism, Punk fanzines before 1980, Jospeh Beuys (especially posters, multiples and invite cards before 1976), Feldmann, Stanley Brouwn, Yves Klein, Piero Manzoni, Coum Transmissions and body/performance art of 70s, Marcel Broodthaers, Kippenberger, Czech avant garde material including Nezval, Toyen, Teige, and avant garde art journals from the period 1900 - c. 1945. Ask and I'll send you a long list of things I am looking for. And I do buy contemporary art from current practitioners but I am fussy! :-)

LISTS

Without being too much of a commercial bore I intend to post here some fo the lists of items we have for sale on here. of course, we'd like to sell things but that's not the only reason - most of the lists we circulate we hope are interesting and there is a lot of information about avant garde groups and historical activities which may be useful to some.

By posting those in a blog format then hopefully they will not intrude into any other aspects of this site.

And now and… Continue

Link corrected - thanks for pointing it out. Mea culpe. Someday I will employ someone to check everything I write or type. Even the last comment has at least one typo and one terrible grammatical mistake in it - but hey at least I type "you" instead of "U" - it's an age thing......

You are absolutely right - much to our shame the site has been under reconstruction for months. It became too big for my own (old school) html skills (over 1,900 works, books, ephemera and documents for sale and growing monthly) and pages took far too long to load even when split down into sections. Old pages from the previous website still come up high on google searchs however (which is both good and bad from my point of view). normal service resumed as soon as the php work is ended and I am increasingly aware it has to be done soon. We send out (long) monthly emails to subscribers of new things for sale and if anyone wants to get those then just send Subscribe to mail@heartfineart.com and you will be added or ask here.

Nada Franka Love Cloud

Several years of making all sort of plans of revenge to the ex-husband for having sexually abused our son and subsequently trying to heal spiritually and emotionally by attempting to forgive in my heart with aim to free myself have resulted in an silent talk with God that night. I must say that my previous communication to the Almighty during that years were filled with accusation. I have been arguing with Him all the time. Why would He keep torturing and putting me in a really bad situation…See More
