Pippy Houldsworth Gallery is delighted to have moved to its new gallery space at 6 Heddon Street, London W1. The first floor premises, comprising the main exhibition spaces as well as an innovative micro project space, The Box, have been designed by leading architect and designer, Simon Dance Design, and is in the heart of London's West End, in an area populated by major galleries.
Solo exhibitions have included those for Laura Ford, Gordon Cheung, Zoë Walker & Neil Bromwich, Rachel Goodyear, Daniel Richter, Dalziel + Scullion, the Royal Art Lodge, and Neil Farber to name a few.
Groups shows have included Franz Ackermann, Glenn Brown, Andre Cadere, Matt Collishaw, Luisa Lambri, David Adjaye, Matthew Ritchie, Doug & Mike Starn, Elizabeth Price, Goshka Macuga, Rut Blees Luxemburg, David Medalla, Padraig Timoney, Kristin Oppenheim, Kiki Lamers, Julie Roberts, Cornford & Cross, Mariele Neudecker, Annelies Strba, Anna Barham, and Tobias Collier.
Over the years, Pippy Houldsworth has shown an enduring passion for the promotion of emerging and mid-career artists making work of serious critical interest, and is known and respected for bringing new names to the fore. The business focuses on its close relationships with museum directors and international curators.
The gallery works hard to raise the profile of its artists, both through the quality of its programme, and via publications and museum collaborations.
