- the 26 year old product of rural Northern Wisconsin. Childhood activities include deer and small game hunting, fishing, lightning bug collecting, horse owning and operating, farming, making forts, and exploring the shores of Lake Superior.
After graduating with a bachelor of fine arts from the University of Wisconsin, Stevens Point I moved to Chicago. I am earning my masters degree and pursuing a career in Secondary Art Education.

The 2009 IJC is open to all artists worldwide, age 18 and older. All works must be original. Entries in the following medias will be accepted: Painting, Drawing, Mixed media, Printmaking, Watercolor, Ceramics, Sculpture, and Photography.
Entry Deadline February 15th 2009.
