About my artwork
My work is predominately in landscapes, which are neither grounded in reality nor fiction, but are a complex blend of the two. By using the interplay between colour and light, I want to capture, specifically in my paintings, a dreamy quality that very often only exists in our memory.

Over the last few months I narrowed my view of landscapes to study the more detailed organic forms around us. I began focusing primarily on water and its reflection. I am particularly attracted by the abstract qualities it reveals and the multiple variations in the patterns.
Artists I like
Peter Doig, Anselm Kiefer, Caravaggio, Hokusai, Zao Wou Ki

In fabulous stickman-o-vision, with bits of colour.…See More
