On Friday, Raandesk hosted a cocktail hour to kick off the launch of the ART2Gift program and to also given anyone who hadn't seen the Jason Bryant show a chance to see it before it closes on November 21. As someone who has a background in the history of art, I am constantly troubled by the tremendous amount of art from foreign countries that remain neglected. As I was preparing for an upcoming photography exhibition for one of Raandesk's artists, Marianne Fourie, I found myself pensively reviewing her background. Today Raandesk released its monthly newsletter, CLICK + COLLECT, with tidbits from the artworld, our upcoming exhibition, new artists, our ART2Gift program and a survey.....I've never used a survey before.
