If you're an artist, what kind of art do you make?: Film, Painting, Photography

About my artwork: I like it and so will you so buy it.
I used to be with the Stuckists, now I'm back on my own.
Co-founder Remodernist film- the group is in hibernation at the moment.
Mostly self taught, but thought it would be interesting to go to art school and see how that affects my style.

Interests: Pinhole and Holga photography, Super-8mm filmmaking, oil painting, I'm not really into this new technology/digital/Post-Modern/conceptual type stuff. I'm really a 19th/20th century kind of guy... Holga photography is about as modern as I get.

What exhibitions are good at the moment?: The last great exhibition was sometime around 1906. Unfortunately I didn't get to see it.

Open to all artists in all fine arts media we seek to recognize outstanding quality and diversity in the arts.

The 2009 IJC is open to all artists worldwide, age 18 and older. All works must be original. Entries in the following medias will be accepted: Painting, Drawing, Mixed media, Printmaking, Watercolor, Ceramics, Sculpture, and Photography.

Entry Deadline February 15th 2009.

AWARD

A solo show next winter 2009 at Bluebird Art House and $1500 to the winner. 1 work in the show for each one of the 3 runner up.
