A phenomenon of nature. Of course nature is the phenomenon par excellence. So sad to hear of so much disruption in the upper echelons of the talent pool. To be expected though if one observes the trajectory of the mindless meandering into the abyss…
I am fully aware of the effects of poverty, being the eldest of 14 siblings where 11 survive
today. Our generation has risen from abject poverty and lack of education and the story goes on. When we are conceived we are pell mell into whatever awaits. The artist brings a greater sensitivity to imagination tempered by the intellect than the masses. It seems now that there is a large mass of artists afloat. I took a vow of poverty at an early age, after I realized the idea of becoming a millionaire involved much more than I could control. The vow of poverty is driven by the appreciation of what we have as opposed to what we might have. Enjoy your meal if you are lucky to have one if not share that fact with someone who is more fortunate and offer a trade a piece of art for piece of bread.
Peace be at your side.
Thanks James. You really are very kind. I find poverty helps focus the mind and working sure beats worrying about it. Ha!!!
Stay well. Keep working....
Thanks for your comment. I'm glad you noticed the composition. It's why I took the photo. I wish more people had done. For those less attentive and tuned in than yourself, your observation has prompted me to red flag the composition by changing the title. Thanks again.
