Bring Life
You start to make your painting... that portrait, that nude, whatever... it is just a painting... one day, while you work, the miricle occurs... the picture receives life.... your painting now has a soul!

Current work - July 08
I am currently working on various projects:
1) ambitious nude: "La Beata Giovinesa" ... or may be I will call it "La Dona de la Veneto Marina".. I'm not sure yet. It is a big achrylic with aspect ratio close to the unity. It attemps to represent the triangulum mind-body-spirit of a beautiful girl.
2) Elephant.... a bold leader of the pack elephant, walking boldy in the savana sunset... the air is calm, the elephant dominates the land arround him, he wals slowly with… Continue

Open to all artists in all fine arts media we seek to recognize outstanding quality and diversity in the arts.
The 2009 IJC is open to all artists worldwide, age 18 and older. All works must be original. Entries in the following medias will be accepted: Painting, Drawing, Mixed media, Printmaking, Watercolor, Ceramics, Sculpture, and Photography.
Entry Deadline February 15th 2009.
