About my artwork
I have many sides to my practice. That's mostly to do with the fact that I still don't, and to be honest, never really want to know what I'm doing.
Taking this interest of the unknown and complete fascination with experimentation and process into account, a large proportion of my works have begun to take on the form of events, situations and installations.
Another more recent aspect of my practice is inspired by dance and the differences between choreography and primitive movement. These works involve the use of light and fire being capture through film and long-term exposure photography. These Performances or Actions, that are more often then not inspired by the environmental surrounding of that area, then go on to become paintings, drawings, and sculptural pieces.
