One of the first projects to be developed following discussions at Video Artists Forum, ArtReview.com
The event is also the opening of a photo exhibition with enlarged stills from some of the project videos, as well as the launch of the ECVP Vol. 1 catalogue (http://www.blurb.com/books/1139430).
The Exquisite Corpse Video Project is a collaboration project that started in 2008 and has the participation of about 60 artists from over 20 countries. It has been widely exhibited worldwide, but this is its London premiere.
The screening will be in the center of town (Soho), and the curators are Alicia Felberbaum and Alicia Bastos. It will be presented by BRAZILIALITY @ 16MM CAFE (http://www.16mm-soho.com). 16MM CAFE has a gallery space to exhibit the photos and a theatre with projectors full-resolution high-definition images and Dolby 7.1 audio system, 3.8m (9' 2") screen.
Where: 16MM CAFE 19 D'ARBLAY STREET, SOHO, LONDON
When: March 11 @ 7pm (screening from 7pm until 9:30pm; photo exhibition runs until April 14th)
