If you're an artist, what kind of art do you make?

I am...
At the beginning
Graffiti was a school of life and a classroom for visual sensations
The city was a canvas
Photography was a catcher for ephemeral piece of art
Undergrounds were playgrounds
Concrete and metal were my only notepads
For a long time, all this was part of my visual lifestyle
Then one day
Graffiti is still there
My mind and thoughts are focused towards something else
A camera in the pocket
The city is a background
Other people are art subjects
The concrete is on the canvas
The concrete is a stand
Uncoated canvas is a raw material
Flaws are sublimated
Difficulty is an engine
At the end there is only magic

About my artwork
I come from the Parisian graffiti world. I am a versatile artist interested in several artistic areas, combining them in order to create stunning results. I break artistic boundaries and create my own vision of art.
Apart from my passion for graffiti, I work in my shop to develop a more formal art on canvas.
My research led me toward raised patterns, in search of new textures and new figurative subjects with the deep will of fitting in the “street aesthetic” which I come from.
I coat my canvas with concrete as a preparation, in order to fix my visual work on it. The idea is to recreate the aspects of the walls I dress up with graffiti. I tell contemporary history with today’s words and advertising and vivid colours.
My work is influenced by street art, architecture, cities and their materials.
I steal my subjects in every corner of the city. I recreate urban landscapes, make up the city with concrete, add accessories and reshape her on the canvas depending on my own will.
Urban creation artists made art walk the streets by dressing her walls and changing urban landscapes.
I reverse the process by fixing streets on canvas, and I keep the will to mix codes and styles and blur perspectives.

.. J'aurais aimer les voir en nature!Une prochaine fois..Bonne soirée!
