Hello, 

I am about to start work on a large scale(20'x20') mural.  There was a mention of commercial emulsion paint with a pva sealant, are there suggestions? We have been looking at the Rosco Scenic Paint, but ultimately need something that is archival...does anyone have any thoughts or suggestions?

hi dawn--good idea for a forum.
heres a tip-if working on a large scale mural and cost is an issue use good quality commercial emulsion paint instead of posh stuff-this still applies for exterior work-less fussy than acrylics-the finish is good and durable--easy mix--great availablity--only needs a good pva type sealant after and will last well for year--mine have!!take it away folks--some of mine still look ok after 15 years--j
