the artist style

it been a long discussion between many artist i mit , and i think there is no one (from who i did mit) had confinced me that the artist to be an artist , he shold have a special style.
i think the experment could be in one art work and also could be in thousands of work ,

but what i want to dicuss with you , when the artist become a factory machine , just to say that he is here , when you visit a show opening , so, he will become a icon ( in his way of thinking ) , for me i dint agree with this ,specialy when it happened by pretending , do you?

Are you refering to gimics? No I think that a serious artist is internal to external. Expression should be the goal, anything else is commercial. not to say that commercial success is to be shunned, but not sought at the price of excluding a real personal expression
