Hi Patricia

Very interested to hear of your work/organisation.
I'm an artist/former scientist, who has for last number of years worked with foresters and local communities promoting forestry in Ireland. My work is often collaborative and a suprising journey for myself and others - actually your paragraph above seems to cover what I find myself doing.
I've started a blog in recent months as surprised constantly that more artists are not engaging with these concerns, www.ecoartnotebook.com, often feel its like there is an elephant in the room that no-one has noticed

Looking forward to hearing more from you/your group

Hello Cathy,

I just visited your website/blog and was happy to see your video on stopping the ritual activity of burning wood branches! I know in the UK it is a hard habit to break, even in the USA, however, it just has to be curtailed. It really shows you how disconnected most of us are to how precariously we live in this world.

I will pass along your website to others to see what you are doing!

Hi Patricia

I finally wrote an article on the first International Culture|Futures Conference on Culture and Climate Change which I attended in Copenhagen in Dec 09.

As I was one of the few there from Ireland I have written it for the Irish perspective and will distribute it in Ireland- but it gives an overview of the main points that are relevant to all working in the arts in all art forms.
