Art is the healer for all hearts. I have released so much pain and joy through my works and its my work that has made my heart much stronger. Art is like a spider plan in a poem, it is so infinitive in every direction it moves. Art is my life, my soul and my best friend. Thank you Art.

Painting helps me attain the status of 'Zen' which is a Buddhist philosophy, that is live every moment of your life as it is eternity, there is no beginning and no end. When I finish a painting, I feel content and happy, when I am jat my painting, I forget that time is running, I forget all regrets for the past and I have no frets for the future. The actual moment is perfect!

Art does not only heal the heart, if you are a true artist it is the heart. A creative soul cannot live without art the same way the body cannot live without food! Art replenishes and revitalizes ones self and when there is a lack of creative expression in one;s life there is also a void that cannot be explained. Always create!!!!

Hugh, I think you could be right in what you say.

You are one of the 1st people that I had the pleasure of meeting when I 1st set out on Saatchi and the start of my networking days.

Doubt if art is really healing, but probably therapeutic. I sound pedantic, sorry; but it is of the mind rather than heart. But if poetic perhaps it is of the 'soul' and the Poetry of Being. Anyway thanks for asking me to join - probably want to chuck me out now. Kind regards, Hugh Thomas
