In answer to your question, nothing. There is plenty of talent and energy in the east, which could be gathered and channeled by someone with the will. I only two artists in Lincolnshire who might be interested, but I'll invite them as a start. It all takes time and effort, which is hard to deliver when one is busy with art-making and real life.
