In a Way this IS a really good Question.
So any ideas about this new kind of "industrialisation" of Art and artists.

Yeah, but my point remains being, apart of this "industrialisation" of the artworld ["the whole pack", not only artists and gallerists], isn't "strange" that this "biennialization" phenomena takes place in cities or countries with no apparent relevance in the global scenario? I mean, of course it's nice to see art events going on in areas/regions not usually associated to the contemporary art scene and it's also good to get in touch with artworks and cultures that are normally apart of the mainstream, but it seems to me that sometimes art is the less important factor at the bottom of these endeavours...which can be symptomatic, I guess, of a "new status" of art itself nowadays. A status of which we may not be able to think in objective terms, perhaps, but says a lot of the current dynamics of the contemporary art flow.
