Chris Chou show at Gallery Anthony Curtis, Boston though May 17, 2008

My friend Chris Lan Hui Chou is having a great show at Gallery Anthony Curtis in Boston, Massachusetts on South Street. She is a contemporary Chinese painter from Taiwan, and makes vibrant abstract paintings, sometimes incorporating Kanji characters, As in here "Starry Starry Night."

She is also in a group show with my husband and me in Sudbury, Massachusetts that ends this weekend at Korean ceramic artist Jae Ok Lee's house. Chris is 4th from the left in this group portrait, Jae Ok is 2nd from left, I'm 3rd, and we're all standing in front of a couple of Chris' paintings. My husband, on the far right, traded a couple of pots with her for paintings.
