art and mental health

thank you for inviting me here very interesting and mind blowing stuff. i done some wprk like this at one point, tried to do a spiritual souls map of my brain so try and Annalise my self why i was going mad, i was going through a break down at the time, was extraordinarily what i draw and painted will never show them though.

Mind art ... and music in my opinion saved me .
it can either make you go more mad or heal you thank god it healed me, shame on rothko (
